Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Alternatively, we offer a 50% discount on the item if you choose to keep it instead of returning it.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
