Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email our customer service team at help@truemaya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Alternatively, we offer a 50% discount on the item if you choose to keep it instead of returning it.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  5. Exchanges:

    • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
